The day after Christmas we headed to St. George with my family to escape the winterness-well that was our hope. We go down there and the whole time it was JUST AS COLD! But at least no snow. Lucy's birthday was while we were down there and she got to do lots of swimming and hiking. There was also lots of basketball, games, eating and talking. Uncle Dan surprised and flew in the day before and came with us. We were so glad to have him along for the trip!!
Wes slept for an unfortunate small portion of the drive. Had to capture the moment.

It was a cold drive back and snowing when we got home. We had to shovel a foot of snow off our driveway before we could unload the car and unpack. Back to reality.
