Easter Holiday

Things have been a little crazy lately with our upcoming move, family visiting, and Easter! But we had a really great Easter with John's dad and mom coming to visit. The girls were in heaven having their grandparents stay at our house. We went to the Muirwoods, did a little shopping, and ate way too much delicious food every day. We always love having visitors.

Here's one of the only decent pictures I could get with the girls in their Easter dresses. John always thinks Lucy doesn't need any new clothes but sometimes you just have to get the matching outfits for girls.



Here's the girls after their Easter egg hunt outside. They loved it, of course. Esther was especially excited after she already missed the school and church Easter egg hunt. Even though I tried to get more little toys then candy but they still ended up a little wired at the end of the day from too much sugar.


It was Katheen's birthday while she was here so it was fun to celebrate with her. Of course, all the kids wanted to help blow out the candles. Yes, that is the famous sour cream chocolate cake--triple layer. The mommies and daddies had way too much sugar too!
