The kids survived swimming lessons this past week. Isaac only cried beforehand a couple of days. He was jumping off the diving board by the third day which is huge for him because he had a slightly traumatic experience a couple weeks ago going under the water (when he wasn't planning on it). He also did pretty well with doing bobs and reaching under water for toys. His strokes still leave a lot to be desired. :) Lucy was excellent on her back strokes. And Esther is an amazingly fast front crawler. She even mastered the butterfly this week. I keep trying to talk her into swim team but she doesn't like the idea of racing. ("Gives her butterflies"). The girls both got to work on diving and loved practicing that. We will keep practicing that. :) It was a fun week!
