Lucy has been falling and bonking her head a lot lately. I feel so bad for her but I guess this is just what comes with the territory of learning to walk and run. She constantly has bruises, bumps and scratches on her face. This is her latest goose egg--the picture didn't show it as red and bruised as it is but you can get the idea. She's quite the trooper and never cries for more than a minute. I also accidentally clipped her lip when I was putting this little backpack harness on her and it bled much longer than she cried. Oh, and Esther had to bring up the time that I zipped her jacket and zipped her lip in the process. I am a great mom!!

I clipped Ryan's fingernail too short one time and it bleg for an hour. I also zipped his chubby little thigh in his jammies ... on more than one ocassion. You are not alone!
I love her hair like that too!
Kate...it's so inevitable. It seems I am always hitting Kennedy's head when putting her in the carseat and Tim knocks her down at least a few times a week because she is always trailing so closely. Lucy looks so cute and happy in this picture, I could hardly notice her bump!
